We are currently on summer break. No games are scheduled. Calendar Location: we have left Bethesda and are looking for a new home, somewhere in DC.

We will teach you everything that you need to know to enjoy the game. Wear gym shoes, shorts and a t-shirt. Some people find soft knee pads helpfull.
Our Friday night games have attracted teens and adults of all ages, both men and women. This is a team sport that involves running, jumping, and throwing a ball.
